Do you provide a shuttle bus service 24/7?

Yes, but only with advance reservation. Return trips are carried out according to the information provided by our clients.

How much does the shuttle bus service cost?

The shuttle bus between our car park and the terminal is free of charge.

How do you organize the return to Zaventem?

You write your return flight number (not mandatory) and date on your booking form. We will provide you with a phone number that you can call upon your arrival at Zaventem. We will come and take you to your car.

How can I cancel my booking?

The cancellation is free of charge. You only have to call us at +32 2 720 44 10 or send us an email one hour before your scheduled booking. After this time you will need to pay the entire booking fee. If you have already paid and you need to cancel the booking, please send us your bank details and you will get your money back.

I already have a booking but I would like to change it. How can I do that?

Call us or send an email and we’ll help you make your changes.

I don’t know the exact date of my flight. Until when can I make a booking?

You can book up to 24 hours before your flight. If you leave in less than 24 hours, please call us to make a booking.

Yes, we will send you a confirmation receipt as soon as we receive your booking.

You can pay online by credit card or cash at Express Parking Zaventem. You will pay when you bring your vehicle.
